1. Nature of the Service

ClimbSpeed is an experimental, AI-powered educational tool designed to help users study and review aviation-related concepts, regulations, and training material. The Service is provided free of charge during this public alpha phase.

ClimbSpeed may include interactive features such as conversational responses and, in the future, quiz-style questions intended to support learning and self-assessment.

2. Educational Use Only

ClimbSpeed is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

It is not a substitute for:

  • Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) instruction
  • Official FAA publications
  • Your aircraft's Airplane Flight Manual (AFM) or Pilot's Operating Handbook (POH)

3. Not for Operational or Safety Decisions

You must not use ClimbSpeed to:

  • Make go/no-go flight decisions
  • Assess real-time weather conditions
  • Determine aircraft performance or limitations
  • Determine personal medical fitness to fly
  • Support in-flight or operational decision-making

All aviation decisions must be made using official, current sources and appropriate professional judgment.

4. AI-Generated Content and Accuracy

Responses and quiz content generated by ClimbSpeed are produced by automated systems and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or incorrect.

Aviation regulations and procedures change frequently. You are responsible for verifying all information against current official sources, including FAR/AIM, Advisory Circulars, and other FAA publications.

5. Use at Your Own Risk

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You assume full responsibility for how you interpret and use information provided by ClimbSpeed
  • ClimbSpeed and its operator are not liable for any damages, losses, injuries, or consequences arising from use of the Service

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

6. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using ClimbSpeed, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.

7. Future Changes

Additional features, including paid services or expanded functionality, may be introduced in the future. Full Terms of Service will be published prior to any subscription or paid offerings.
